מהוא בעצם רכיב? לוח האם (לוח לוגי) מורכב מרכיבים קטנטנים, אותם ניתן לראות כראוי רק דרך מיקרוסקופ. רכיבים אלו הינם נגדים, קבלים, קונקטוקרים, סלילים, שבבים, וכו ' והם מולחמים על לוח אם בשכבות רבות. התיקון והחלפת הרכיבים נעשים במיקרו-הלחמה שהינה הלחמה עדינה תחת מיקרוסקופ ומיכשור הלחמה מקצועי באיכות הגבוהה ביותר. על מנת למצוא את מקור הבעיה על לוח האם הטכנאי נעזר בסכמות ומדידת מתחים חשמליים, זרם, התנגדות וכו׳

על ידי איתור קצרים על לוח האם, החלפת רכיבים פגומים וכו׳ במעבדה של רודריגו אנו יכולים לתקן בעיות שונות אשר פעמים רבות יאמרו לכם ש״אינן ניתנות לתיקון״. (מעבדות אפל מורשות אינן מתקנות לוחות אם אלא מחליפות אותן, דבר הגורם לעלויות גבוהות). ניתן לתקן מכשירים שאינם נדלקים או נדלקים ונכבים, מכשירים עם נזקי מים, בעיות טעינה, תאורה, תצוגה, שמע,קליטה, טאצ׳ ועוד בעיות רבות. בנוסף, ניתן לשחזר מידע ממכשירים ולתקן נזקים ללוחות בעקבות ניסיונות תיקון לא מוצלחים, רשלנות וטעויות אנוש

How we work

Rodrigo's lab specializes in repairing motherboards at the component level of all Apple devices - Mackbooks, iPads and iPhones.

The motherboard (logical board) consists of tiny components, which can be seen clearly only through a microscope. These components are resistors, connectors, capacitors, conductors, coils, microchips, etc. and are soldered on a motherboard in many layers. The repair and replacement of the components are done by microsoldering using a microscope and high quality professional solder equipment. In order to find the source of the problem on the motherboard, the technician uses schematics and measurements of electrical tension, voltage, impedance, etc.

By finding shorts on the motherboard, replacing faulty components, etc. in Rodrigo’s Lab we fix various problems which many times are considered “unfixable”. (Licensed Apple Labs do not repair motherboards, but replace them resulting high costs). We can repair devices that do not turn on or go on and off, water damage, charging problems, lighting and display problems, audio or reception problems and many other issues. In addition, it is possible to recover data from all devices and repair damage to motherboards due to unsuccessful repair attempts.
